ONLINE CONDUCTING LESSONS

Conducting sessions through Zoom, Skype or FaceTime!
Did you know the current buzz word in academia is “distance learning”?

What equipment is needed:
• Video input : video camera or webcam
• Video output:  computer monitor, television, or projector (with screen)
• Audio input:  microphone(s)
• Audio output:  speakers connected to either the computer or a stereo system
• Data transfer: Internet or local area network (LAN)
• Computer:  a data processing unit that ties together the other components, does the compressing and decompressing, and initiates and maintains the data linkage via the network.

How I’ve used it:
• rehearsals/clinics
• conducting lessons
• regular face-to face conversations
• auditions
